Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your monthly membership needs to be done 30 days in advance in order to avoid being billed for the following month.

Membership Freeze/Hold

Should you need to put a membership on freeze for medical reasons, military reasons, or temporary job transfer, please let us know 30 days prior to the date you need it paused. We do not have a membership freeze policy for any other reason.
