The FIT (Functional. Intelligent. Training.) Facility is a strength and conditioning gym located at the Crestwood Village shopping plaza in beautiful Birmingham, AL.

At The Fit Facility, we specialize in Adult Fitness Programs, Online Nutritional Coaching and 1-on-1 Personal Training.

Whether you’re a former competitive athlete or an adult looking to get into better shape, we have a program for you!
